Your New Year’s Success

I am always looking on YouTube for inspirational videos or other great information that I can share with you and this morning I stumbled upon this video about how to achieve your successful fitness goals in the New Year.

Dr. Perry made up a Top 10 List of things to do. The video of the first 5 are in the video below.  I agree with them all, except the one where he says to write down all the feelings of pain that you feel today, where you are at with your current health situation. I am a big believer in the Law of Attraction and feel that by writing all the negative things down, you will only focus on them. If you do want to write them down, go ahead and then rip it up, burn it, whatever you want to do to get rid of all those negative feelings and then write down all the feelings you want to feel in your NEW body! Keep THAT list and read it daily to help you achieve all those feelings and much more!
