Working Your Abs Indirectly
There are many other exercises that work your abs that are not the typical exercises, such as crunches, leg lifts and the plank.
There are other metabolism-boosting, high intensity exercises that work your entire body while working your abs at the same time!
Here is an example of an ab workout, that doesn’t directly work your abs, but if you pay close enough attention, you will feel that they are being worked.
Here is a superset that you can do to get in a full body workout, while working to get those strong, sexy abs:
A1) Renegade Rows (8-10 reps) You can use dumbells or kettlebells to do these. Beginners can do these from their knees and still get the same benefit.
A2) Front Squats with Barbell (8-10 reps)
A3)Mountain Climbers (20-30 reps)

Renegade Row

Front Squat with BB

Mountain Climber
After finishing each exercise, rest about 30 seconds before starting the next exercise. Rest 1 minute after the full circuit and then repeat again up to 4x.
This will give you one of the best ab workouts you’ve ever had without even doing any direct ab exercises. You’ll see what I mean after you try it!

@Fit Bottomed Girl ~ yes, me too, I don’t like to work my abs, so if I can get them w/out having to directly work them, even better!
@DR ~ Ahh.yes, good one! And if you don’t have an ab wheel, you can do the rollout with a stability ball too! My clients love that one!
