Working Out While Away From Home

So my plan is to show you how you can get in a workout and make healthy choices while you are on vacation. Why? Because I am on vacation for 6 days and while it will be tough to stay on track, I will prove to you that it can be done!

Here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Get your workout done first thing in the morning so that you don’t have to think about it the rest of the day.

2. Your workout can be done in 10-15 minutes and still be effective.

3. If the place you are staying does not have foods that you would normally eat, offer to get some groceries or just go out and buy some staple foods to get you by while you stay there.

There are a few tips and stay tuned the rest of the week for more great tips that I will be using on my vacation.

FYI-I was able to get my workout in in 15 min this morning. I did e sets of supersets of push press and reverse grip pulldown, walking lunges and skull crusher, then quick cardio boost of step ups and squat jumps.
