Who Needs A Quick Fat Blasting Challenge?

If you haven’t had a regular fitness routine in your life for a while, due to a new baby, being busy with work or just plain lacking motivation, I have a challenge for you!

Let’s get up and get moving! Do you have 5-15 minutes to devote to exercise? Doing this quick workout, you will not only feel energized, but it will give you that feeling of how great it feels to be active so that you will want to do start adding more exercise to your daily life!

So lets get started!!!

1. Bridging – 10 repetitions

2. Push Ups – 10 repetitions

3. Plank – Hold 15-30 seconds


4. Jumping Jacks -20 repetitions

Repeat this 3-5x. The first 3 exercises will work your entire body, upper, lower and core. The last one will get your heart rate up and help to speed up your metabolism!
