Some days I can write and write and them some days I draw a complete blank when it comes to deciding what information I think you would want to know about.

So I thought what a better way to be able to give you the answers you are looking for other than ask!

Leave your questions, comments, or whatever below and I will use them as a guide when writing my blog posts.

Do you want more exercises? More nutrition information? More recipes or meal plans? Alternatives to certain exercises? How tos?

Let me know…..

  1. Hi Angie, There’s so much information and misinformation out there about vitamin supplements…do you need them, which do you need, how much, etc. that I’d love to hear what you know on the subject. I know we should be getting most of our nutrients from healthy foods, obviously, but I’ve also heard that even someone following the BEST diet doesn’t necessarily get the optimal nutrients everyday without some type of supplement. Thanks for any perspective you might have on the subject!

  2. One of the things that I would like to know is..when a woman goes through menopause she loses the elasticity in her skin..(it is quite jarring to realize this)..how can I tighten and tone up? I have seen some changes which I am very grateful for, but would like to achieve a greater degree of fitness.

  4. I had my daughter 3 years ago via C-section & gained 65lbs. I did lose the weight thank goodness. It took me a good year before I could do any stomach exercises because, each time I would work on my abs, my stomach muscles would cramp up like a charlie horse on my calf. It was very painful. I am now able to work the abs but I find it hard to get rid of the excess skin around my abdominals & waist. I see women who have had children & lost 70-80 lbs. looking great especially around the abdominals. I find it hard to believe that they did not go under the knife. I know it is possible to get the abs back. I can’t seem to get over the excess skin though & have considered going under the knife. I lift weights, do cardio & eat clean but the excess skin is still there & I have an ugly muffin top. My clothes have to be bigger on the waist because of this. When should we consider going under the knife for a tummy tuck?

  5. Thanks Angie. There is hope afterall. Just have to work on the “patience” part. Thanks again.
