What Change Can YOU Make Today?

green teaSometimes all it takes is baby steps to change things in your life, whether it be for exercise, health, nutrition, or personal.

This week I decided I wanted to try to give up my morning coffee, so I did! I have tried this a couple weeks ago, alternating coffee and green tea, but always resorted back to my comfort coffee. Well this week, granted its only day 2, but no coffee! I find that I don’t drink as much when I do my green tea either. I have also started having a cold glass of green tea in the afternoons also. With all the benefits of green tea, I figure its worth the change!

This doesn’t mean that I am giving up my Sugar Free Soy Vanilla Latte on Saturday, as my ‘treat’ meal, but I am going to really try hard to stick to this green tea in the mornings!

Like I said..baby steps!

  1. Well, I dont know if this fits the bill, but i’m expanding my training with kettlebells…so I am breakin out of my confort zone dang it!
