What am I doing? Do I have any goals?
Guess its been a while I posted workouts and goals for myself. Need to get them on paper (or computer) so I know what they are!
I have been super busy marketing my personal training business. I started out with a couple free clients to get in some practice and also to use as references. The online personal training has been more of a hit than I would have figured it to be too! I signed up my first paying client! Woohoo! I am so excited….I think I have finally found my “thing”! Workouts..I have been doing 3 strength training workouts per week and adding 10-15 min of intervals after each workout. Then on off days, I have been adding extra intervals too..usually taking 2 days off per week. I think I am going to change my workouts to 4 strength training workouts with the added intervals and then maybe 2 days of extra intervals. I really want to gain some more muscle. My goal is to be able to wear shorts to they gym and feel comfortable doing so. Right now I have some cellulite that I am really going to work hard on getting diminish (as I know I will never fully get rid of it). I am so ready to work my a$$ off ! LITERALLY!
The past 2 weeks I have been doing a cleanse called Womens Renew. It seems to be working pretty well. I also did a clean eating week this week…took out all allergen foods. Was a bit difficult at first, found myself being VERY hungry. But seem to be doing a little better now. Going to slowly add the allergen foods, one at a time to see how they affect me, if at all. I already know I have a dairy intolerance, which doesn’t bother me that much, as I can still have cheddar cheeses and yogurts.
