Wednesday’s Wacky Challenge

Ok..here we are again! Time to get that heart rate up and boost that metabolism!

Here’s the challenge:

*Walking lunges – 10 each leg

*Push ups – 12

*Walking lunges – 10 each leg

*Push ups – 12

*Walking lunges – 10 each leg

*Push ups – 12

You can do the challenge one time through for a quick energy boost and to get your heart rate up, or use it as a circuit and repeat 3x to burn some calories and get your cardio workout in for the day! Good luck! Let me know how it goes!
