Wednesday Challenge
Have you ever done the plank, side plank and bird dog? Well if not, here is your chance! We are going to do some static endurance exercises today for our challenge. These will not only work you core, but also help to build a healthy strong back!
Challenge:
*Plank -Hold for 20-30seconds (or as long as you can)
*Bird Dog – Each side 8x, hold for 5 seconds
*Side Plank – Hold for 20-30 seconds (or as long as you can)
