Tuesdays Tasty Recipe and Giveaway

img00232Here is one of my newest, quickest and most favorite meals lately!

It might look pretty nasty, but oh so good!

Ingredients:

Ground turkey ( or can use chicken)

Diced tomatoes (garlic kind)

Edamame ( or use broccoli, stir fry, spinach)

cottage cheese

Cook the turkey first. Then add veggies and tomatoes. Mix in cottage cheese and enjoy!

  1. If you add the cottage cheese while the turkey is finishing browning in the pan the cheese will melt and give a fantastic dimension to the dish as well. Add in some cumin for a eastern twist YUM!

  5. Yum, I’ve been eating cottage cheese, tuna, cucumber, and fresh cracked pepper lately. I like the idea of swapping out the meat and veg to keep it interesting. So simple, but it didn’t occur to me until I read this!
