Tuesdays Tasty Recipe

Here is my made up version of Chocolate Strawberry Scones…and at first I didn’t think they would turn out very good because I only used a little bit of stevia, but they are actually very good!
Angie’s Chocolate Strawberry Scones:
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (could use maybe a tbsp more)
**The recipe called for 1/4 cup agave nectar, but I was out, so used tiny bit of stevia.
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (could use chocolate as well to make them even more chocolatey)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup hot water
1 cup strawberries ( I used frozen)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp dark chocolate cocoa
Makes 8. Mix all together and drop onto baking sheet or as I did into a muffin tin. BAke for 20 minutes at 375. Enjoy!
If you have been following me for a while, you know how I am so into anything with peanut butter and chocolate..so any time I can add those ingredients to a recipe..I am surely going to! YUM!!
