Tuesday’s Tasty Recipe
My Pumpkin Muffin Type Thing
Here is a recipe that I just kind of stumbled upon in my many times of throwing different things together to try and make something sweet, yet healthy.
Ingredients:
*1 egg white
*1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (you could use choc if you wanted)
*1 TBSP SF vanilla pudding (can use chocolate as well)
*1/3 cup pumpkin puree
*1 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/3 cup water
Mix all together and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until full cooked. You could also throw this into a frying pan to make a pancake type muffin as well. Very tasty!!
