Tuesday’s Tasty Recipe
Here is my latest favorite afternoon snack! Its very tasty, just like a brownie!
Healthy Brownie Recipe
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 TBSP Sugar Free vanilla/butterscotch/cheesecake pudding
1 TBSP walnuts/almonds chopped
2-4 TBSP water
Spray non stick spray into cereal size bowl. Add ingredients and stir to think brownie batter like consistency. Put in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pop out of bowl and if bottom is still a little moist, pop in microwave for additional 10 seconds.
This really does taste pretty good considering how little ingredients are in it. Adding different flavors of sugar free pudding changes the taste quite a bit also. I sometimes add a TBSP of peanut butter too, just because my favorite combination is peanut butter and chocolate!
Try out your own combos and let me know how they taste!

Okay, this might seems retarded..but is the pudding the pre-made kind..or the powder?
