Tuesday’s Tasty Meal

I wanted to share one of my favorite snacks/meals. Its super easy and healthy!

Yogurt Cottage Cheese Snack

Yogurt-Cottage Cheese Snack
* 1/2 cup fat free yogurt (I used Dannon Light and Fit-Strawberry)
* 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
* 1tsp. ground flax
Optional: Strawberries or blueberries

This is so tasty and has the perfect amount of carbs, protein and healthy fats! This is usually my late afternoon snack or meal.

  1. My favourite snacks would be a whole mango fruit, chilled juicy oranges/pineapple and yogurt. I’m too lazy to do anything with them. I just reach out into the fridge, found whatever been sliced and gulp.
