Top Carb, Protein and Fat Food List
Tom Venuto, author of Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, came out with a list of the top foods needed in your diet, especially when it comes to losing fat and building muscle. I use this list to give to my training clients, to help them to choose foods that will aid in their fitness goals. I am going list 10 from each group, but it will give you a good idea of which foods to choose from.
