This weeks featured exercise!
So we have started a new “featured exercise”. There will be a new one each week. Try them out, tell us what you think. Add them to your workouts, try at least 3 sets of 8. If that seems easy enough take it up to 3 sets of 12!
This weeks “Featured Exercise” is the ELEVATED PUSH-UP. AWESOME for your arms, shoulders and abs! This one can be done anywhere, get creative.
