I love the palm tree wish I was sitting right there! Today has been pretty productive. Clean eats, and spin class….and water water water!
food looked like this today
go lean cereal
smoothie w/ 1 scoop protein powder, milk, dannon light n fit yogurt, and strawberries
can of tuna with tsp smart balance mayo and mustard w/ garlic triscuits
pepper jack cheese, almonds and apple
turkey burger, steamed broccoli, and salad
I didnt plan today and im not sure, but probabley not enough protein in there today…..I will have to plug it into sparks to check it.
One of my clients met me at spin today and she did great! So proud.
