			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If  you follow my blog, you must know how much of a fan I am of peanut butter (and chocolate of course, but thats a post for another day.. <img src='http://fatburningtips4women.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ), so when<a href="http://www.justinsnutbutter.com/index.php" target="_blank"> Justin&#8217;s Nut Butter.com</a> of Boulder, CO emailed me and asked if I wanted to try out some samples, I was all gung ho! Loved the thought that this company was local too!</p>
<p>I was expecting a few packets of different peanut butters, but what I got was a whole lotta different flavors!</p>

<p>This wasn&#8217;t even half of what I all got in the package. But these were flavors that I hadn&#8217;t ever heard of before. At least not ones you could get in the stores. Maple Almond Butter, Honey Almond Butter, and coming soon CHOCOLATE Peanut butter and Almond Butter..I mean you can&#8217;t get any better than that!</p>
<p>Not to mention these were all very tasty and creamy. I used them on my protein pancakes, in my shakes, in my cottage cheese protein powder snack and just plain on a whole grain bagel or ezekiel toast. All ingredients are natural and organic! Just how I like my foods!</p>
<p>These are perfect for when traveling as well. They come in packets that you can just tear open and eat right out of the package or spread on your apple, or banana or crackers, or whatever you choose! I am always saying how important it is to get in your protein, so these would work great to add protein to your daily intake as well!</p>

<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">If there’s one whole grain I can’t get enough of, it would definitely have to be quinoa.</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> Since I’m sensitive to wheat, quinoa is the perfect grain for me, completely gluten-free. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">Not familiar with quinoa? It&#8217;s a grain from South America that has been gaining in popularity in recent years.  I love the fact that you can cook it in 15-20 minutes, which seems like a breeze compared to brown rice.</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> Extra bonus: it’s a great source of protein that’s non animal-based, and contains ample amounts of magnesium, iron and manganese.  Plus, it just tastes good.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">I’ve been having fun experimenting with quinoa in the last few months. Recently, I added it to one of my favorite Real Simple recipes, </span></span><a href="http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/bean-sausage-stew-10000001594327/index.html"><span style="color: #0000ff; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: small;">bean and sausage stew</span></span></span></a><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">. It makes for a hardy one pot meal but with minimal effort and so much flavor.</span></span></p>
