Last week I took the recipe from Craig Ballantyne’s blog for the Chocolate Truffles and changed a couple things but boy oh boy were they delicious! Sorry the picture isn’t better, used my blackberry.

Ingredients:
Ground turkey ( or can use chicken)
Diced tomatoes (garlic kind)
Edamame ( or use broccoli, stir fry, spinach)
cottage cheese
