			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I posted about this a while back on Facebook and got part of the idea from Mike Geary author of <a href="http://fitnessgrl.mikegeary1.hop.clickbank.net/" target="_blank">The Truth About Abs</a>, but his was for a quick snack and I decided to make mine into a meal.</p>
<p>First I took about 1 tbsp of coconut oil and put in pan. When that was melted, I added about 1/4 cup of diced apples and sprinkled some cinnamon on top and sauteed until soft.</p>

<p>Then I mixed together 3 egg whites and one whole egg along with 2 tbsp of oats into a bowl.</p>

<p>Then I poured the mixture on top of the eggs and continued to scramble up the eggs.</p>

<p>And it comes out nice and toasty. I then added about 1tbsp of plain yogurt. You could also add 1 tbsp of sugar free syrup if you prefer it to be more sweet.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">If there’s one whole grain I can’t get enough of, it would definitely have to be quinoa.</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> Since I’m sensitive to wheat, quinoa is the perfect grain for me, completely gluten-free. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">Not familiar with quinoa? It&#8217;s a grain from South America that has been gaining in popularity in recent years.  I love the fact that you can cook it in 15-20 minutes, which seems like a breeze compared to brown rice.</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;"> Extra bonus: it’s a great source of protein that’s non animal-based, and contains ample amounts of magnesium, iron and manganese.  Plus, it just tastes good.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">I’ve been having fun experimenting with quinoa in the last few months. Recently, I added it to one of my favorite Real Simple recipes, </span></span><a href="http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/bean-sausage-stew-10000001594327/index.html"><span style="color: #0000ff; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: small;">bean and sausage stew</span></span></span></a><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">. It makes for a hardy one pot meal but with minimal effort and so much flavor.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0pt; margin-right: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size: small;">I also like that quinoa works as a breakfast porridge, part of a main dish or a healthy side dish. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1588" title="blueberry scramble" src="http://fatburningtips4women.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/blueberry-scramble-300x225.jpg" alt="blueberry scramble" width="300" height="225" />I got in a good hard workout today ( I have been doing Craig Ballantyne&#8217;s <a href="http://fitnessgrl.turbulence.hop.clickbank.net/?page=reconstruction" target="_blank">Reconstruction workout</a> and its kicking my butt!) , so I decided to have some oats for breakfast. Normally I would have an egg and veggie omelet every day for breakfast. I still wanted my eggs, but just felt like something different and since its the best time to eat oats post workout, I thought I would try out this recipe. I remembered I had a recipe for something similar and I found it in <a href="http://www.bodyartfitness.com/affiliate/womensdietandfitness.htm" target="_blank">The Body Art Cookbook</a>. I changed a few things with the recipe and added some of my own stuff and it turned out delicious!</p>
<p>1 whole egg</p>
<p>3 egg whites</p>
<p>1/3 cup oats</p>
<p>1tsp cinnamon</p>
<p>stevia to taste</p>
<p>Mix all in bowl and pour into pan. Continue to cook like scrambled eggs. Get 1/3 cup frozen blueberries and microwave until melted. When egg mixture is done, put on plate. Top with 1/3 cup plain yogurt and blueberries! Very yummy! You could also add sugar free syrup, but I really liked the yogurt and blueberry combo on mine this morning.</p>
