Here is one of my newest, quickest and most favorite meals lately!
It might look pretty nasty, but oh so good!
Ingredients:
Ground turkey ( or can use chicken)
Diced tomatoes (garlic kind)
Edamame ( or use broccoli, stir fry, spinach)
cottage cheese
Cook the turkey first. Then add veggies and tomatoes. Mix in cottage cheese and enjoy!
