I&#039;ve been doing this, along with:
Side Lateral Stretch
Sitting Overhead Shoulder Stretch
Shoulder Rolls
Corner Wall Chest Stretch
Reverse Push Ups

It has really made a big difference in my mobility and comfort. I&#039;m trying to reverse my forward posture!</description>
