Stick Ups for Shoulder Mobility
I just read this post on Turbulence Training blog and I am impressed! I have a couple clients that have some tightness in their shoulders, and now I know what I plan to try next with them! I have done this exercise with many of my clients and most of them don’t realize just how hard it is until they try it!
You can watch the video below to see how to do a Stick Up. You can find more great bodyweight exercises in Craig’s Turbulence Training by clicking HERE!

THANKS FOR THIS!
I love shooting my own videos but am realizing I should aspire to, perchance, brushing my hair and getting a tripod.
M.
LOL..I checked out your site and your videos look great!
Yea, a tripod is a definite must..sure has helped me with shooting mine.
Love this… This has got to be one of the best exercises for people who spend all day working on a computer.
I’ve been doing this, along with:
Side Lateral Stretch
Sitting Overhead Shoulder Stretch
Shoulder Rolls
Corner Wall Chest Stretch
Reverse Push Ups
It has really made a big difference in my mobility and comfort. I’m trying to reverse my forward posture!
@ SEO Ninja ~Great ideas for stretches! Thanks!!
