Exactly, first, the house’s improved. Secondly, you get to burn calories. That gives lotsa satisfaction at the end of the day.
I normally sweep, mop and wipe off dusts around the house. Sometimes, I’ll brush the bathroom and wash my car.
As for outdoors, I swim and play racquet games. I can sweat buckets after each session.
What I really love about working out with cleaning is how it not only is great exercise without really considering it to be “exercise”, but also how accomplished you feel when you’re done! I love being able to incorporate exercise with actual tasks that really need to get done. Thanks for the tips!
Yes, I agree…burn calories and in turn get a spotless home!
Sometimes, I just get that urge to go crazy and for like 2 hours, I am running from room to room cleaning everything and everywhere and I am sure I burn tons of calories and my house looks great!
I love what a lot of good ideas you have thought up there to kill two birds with one stone. And i think if you can involve children also in that activity it can become more fun as well! (Always assuming that your kids are old enough to actually help and not merely get in the way
)
This is a perfect way to keep fit! My wife and I only have so much time in they day so we spend it doing to important things that need to get done, while still getting some exercise in!!
