Quick and Effective Fat Burning Circuit
Short on time but want to get your body burning some fat throughout the day? Try one of these circuits that will raise your heart rate and your metabolism so that your body is a fat burning machine all day long!
Circuit #1 (Repeat 5x)
1. Prisoner Squat (20)
2. Jumping Jacks (45)
3. Push Ups (15)
4. Side Jumps (40)
Circuit #2 (Repeat 5x)
1. Alternating Forward Lunges (10 each leg)
2. Ab Crunches on ball (15)
3. Rows with bands (20)
4. Jump Squats (10)
I also stumbled across a site called iTrain.
They offer downloadable workouts for the cardio machines and for strength training. They have workouts for as low as 3.99. You can even have them suggest workouts that fit your needs. If you click on the specials and then go to the iTrain Diets, there are some free downloads for you to check it out. I listened to one and it was very informative!
So there you have lots of alternatives for getting up and doing some form of exercise. Believe me, you will feel so much better that you did!
