Quick And Easy Meal For On The Go

My friend Carmel called me while shopping for her lunch yesterday. Carmel is a personal trainer who is always on the go and has to plan most of her meals for away from home. She gets a lot of her ideas from the Eat Clean Diet Book and Eat Clean Diet Cookbook

Her ‘quick and easy meal on the go’ consists of 3 egg whites, half a whole wheat pita, some red bell peppers and hummus! MMMMM!! Perfect travel lunch or dinner!

Another favorite is the ziploc omelet. You add 4 egg whites to a ziploc, throw in vegetables of your choice and place the bag in boiling water for 13 minutes and you have the perfect meal!
