		<description>I couldn&#039;t agreee more on the healthy side of fitness. I was eating almost 4000 calories a day. I cut out over half of those calories a day and have managed to lose 20lbs in a short 3 months. I couldn&#039;t believe I was eating that much and it made me feel very unhealthy. Now I feel like I have twice the energy and twice the happiness. I love your blogs and they are very truthful and helpful. Keep up the good work. Can&#039;t wait to read more.</description>
