Need Some Motivation?
Why not make yourself a motivational board!

Thats what I did this past weekend. I sat down and looked through magazines and cut out picture of bodies that I wanted my body to look like. I also cut out some words that would help to motivate me, such as “FOCUS” “BURN MORE FAT” “YOU CAN DO THIS”, and then wrote out my own affirmations, such as “I FEEL AMAZING AND SEXY” “I HAVE MUSCULAR TRICEPS AND BICEPS”.
It’s hanging in my workout room and just this morning, when I was on the stair climber, doing my intervals, I read over all the words and tried to let them sink into my head!
So sit down and get your motivational board put together and you will reach your goals in no time!
