hi my name is janetta i have pcos Poly cystic ovarian syndrome i am 5 2 and i was 201.6 lbs now 195.4 i got to 193 then gained a couple lbs back i am killing myself with exercise and eating right.. in one month i only lost 6.2 lbs… i am getting so frustrated pcos makes is so hard to lost the weight… i have cardio and i walk 2 miles on treadmil i use the weights etc…. i belong to golds gym…what else can i do i am thinkging i need more drastic measures of a lap band or something….
i am feeling so hopelss i am sick of being fat and i cant do more then i am i feel like all i do is exercise… help
