Lower body and Upper body workouts

Yesterday I did an awesome lower body workout! Leg Extension, Leg Curls, Leg Press with legs in 2 different positions working different areas of lower body! I was an awesome workout! Then I did intervals on the bike!

This morning I did upper body at home. Benched 65lbs! Hee hee..Hammer curls, Seated row and tricep kickbacks. Then I did intervals on the stair machine.

My goal is to burn this layer of lower body fat OFF..so by doing cardio 5 days a week and 4 days of strength, I am able to lose fat, but still build muscle.

I’m not a huge fan of supplements, but I have been taking this Thermostacker from Bodybuilding.com. I also add glutamine and creatine to my shakes. Still debating if I should keep taking the creatine or not. Gonna ask some for some advice on the bodybuilding forums.
