First up..what is up with THIS???? Are you kidding me? Ok..so maybe he lost weight..CONGRATS, but how does he plan to keep it off? And just what is going on inside of his body from eating all that processed food! ICK!
I really enjoy reading what Cassandry Forsythe has to say…and this was some great advice. PLANNING is the KEY to losing body fat!! (Hence, why I need to take that advice and USE it!)
