Check out this video on Fast Food Facts. I think I might have chosen differently until they explained the reasons why. My favorite “cheat meal” is the McDonalds Chicken, but I always get it without mayo, so in that case, I think I picked the better one!

Cassandra Forsythe has a great post about the Future of Fitness, which talks about moving from individual strength training to group training. This is what I am trying to do with my certification right now. Move more towards the group fitness or “boot camp” training.
