Losing Fat with Fit Yummy Mummy

Sheri is a member of Club FYM and is also using the Fit Yummy Mummy Lifestyle Program. I thought it would be great to interview her about her experience with the FYM Program and let my readers see just how great of a lifestyle it can be! Here is her interview:

How long have you been using the Fit Yummy Mummy Program?

I have been using the FYM System for 17 weeks now, and I am loving every minute of it. I am having wonderful success. The changes that I have made are changes for life. I am so happy to have found FYM!

What progress have you made with the FYM program, that you were unable to make with other programs or on your own?

I have removed 23lbs, 5% body fat and 10 inches. The progress that I have made has been mind-blowing. I can not believe that I have accomplished all of this with 90 minutes a week, and a fairly easy nutritional plan. Eating every 3 hours has kept me from being hungry and craving bad foods. With other programs the workouts were too long. I didn’t have that kind of time to devote to the workouts. I needed something that was maximum benefits for the least amount of time. Other plans I tried, I needed to buy special foods and they were too restrictive! Who wants that? I want to live! I love the nutrition with FYM, I can share this with my family. I didn’t have to buy any special foods! The nutrition is easy, its stuff we were already eating, I had to tweak it a bit, but was happy to do that. My children are reaping the rewards, they are eating so much better, and are no longer hooked on sugar!

Why do you feel that the FYM program helped you to make that progress?

I can attribute my progress to Holly Rigsby and her Fit Yummy Mummy System. She has really thought out every aspect of this System. She tells you exactly what you need to do. As you progress you move on to the next level, you always feel challenged! Its a solid nutrition and workout plan. It delivers what it promises.This is a lifestyle change, one that I can do for the rest of my life. It is easy to follow, the workouts kick your butt in the least amount of time. I have to do the work, but once you understand how this works, you wont want to do anything else. More bang for your buck! I am now living life instead of existing, doing the things that I want with my family feeling good about myself inside and out!

What types of equipment have you used to do your FYM workouts and how long do you commit to your workouts?

I work out 6 days a week. My workouts take about 20 minutes max! I use dumbbells, a stability ball, and a medicine ball. Sometimes I go to the gym to use them, but for the most part I workout at home. That is what I love about FYM, you can take it anywhere.

What have you found to be the most rewarding about your progress and the FYM program?

My most rewarding progress, I would have to say is how I feel and think about myself on the inside! When I started this all I wanted to do was loose weight! Don’t get me wrong, removing the weight is fabulous, I look and feel so much better. Seventeen weeks ago I was down and depressed about myself. As I started living the FYM Lifestyle, I was becoming stronger and stronger every day. For me FYM has been a mind, body and spirit transformation as well as a nutrition and weight loss system! This has become more than I could have ever expected. I have found me again along the way. I am a better wife, mother and friend for living the Fit Yummy Mummy Way!
