I Found A Challenge!
I told you I would let you know if I found the next challenge I was going to participate in and I did. I asked Caroline of Kettle Belle Body to put together a KB challenge. I thought it would be a great way for me to jumpstart my kettlebell training and also get good use out of her KB workouts!
So, she did! She is doing a 30 day KB transformation contest which starts November 10. Its called Mission Slim-Possible and you can join her contest by clicking HERE!
I am super excited about this, as its just another form of motivation for me. Along with it, I am still deciding if I am going to start out with Dax Moy’s Elimination Diet as well. I know it will benefit me in the long run and it should also be something I am referring my clients to. I have heard huge success stories of people using it.
So that being said, I did my second KB workout yesterday which looked like this:
Deadlift-15kb
Decline Press Up- 15kb /2-9kb
Lunge Walks – 15kb
1 Arm Row – 15kb
1 Arm Mil Press – 15kb
KB Pullover -15KB
My 9lb KB are really too light and I should trade them in, but my clients use them. I have one 15KB which is also getting too light, so I just bought a 26lb one! YIKES! Quite a jump from 15, so we will see how it works!
Oh, I forgot, I added some KB swings at the end of the workout to kickstart my HR and metabolism. LOVE KB swings!
So, if you you are into KB or would like to try out KB, come join me in this contest!!
