HIIT…Great for Fat Loss

HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) is the best thing you can do for fat loss. Long, slow, boring cardio is so OUT! It does nothing for fat loss.  I love HIIT..its fast and EFFECTIVE! What else could you ask for! I do my HIIT or interval training right after my strength training workouts and they last 10-15 minutes long.
