Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

So here is my yummy peanut butter cookies recipe that I found a couple years ago. I think it was when I was trying out the South Beach Diet (which I no longer recommend…too hard to follow for long periods of time).
Recipe:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 egg
Stevia
I added some dark chocolate chips just because I am a chocolate lover!
Bake @400 degrees for 10 minutes. Make sure to watch them and check them often. You want to make sure you don’t OVERCOOK these or they will taste horrible!
