		<description>Thank you for the reply! I try and keep my supplement intake low, but also eat little veg so what ever I do eat needs to be the full whack of vitamins :-). Spread over the day I add tomatoes for breakfast, cucumber for snack, maybe spinach for lunch and different vegetables for dinner. Kiwi for breakfast, maybe apple for lunch in my porridge, fruit as a snack in the afternoon and my own made protein drink is filled with banana and mixed berries. What I need to do is broaden my horizon for more variety in vegetable, salad and fruits.</description>

		<description>I guess for myself, I would rather have lost a few vitamins and have my foods ready to go so that I am choosing healthy foods over junk. I would guess that the little amounts of vitamins lost in the cutting of the fruits and vegetables I will get through my multi-vitamins.</description>

		<description>I always struggle with the idea of pre-cut vegetable, salad and fruit. It is said to just chop them before you eat them to make sure you get all the vitamins because as soon as you chop, vitamins are lost. What is your take on that?</description>
