Get a little CRUNCH in your diet

Multi Grain Tortilla ChipsI am not a very big ‘chip’ eater, but every once in a while, I get the urge to have something crunchy with my meals. I found these this past weekend: Garden of Eatin’ Multi Grain Tortilla Chips. I saw the words multi grain and grabbed them without even looking at the ingredients (which I most often do).

I really like the taste and after I looked at the ingredients was very pleased:

Ingredients: Organic white corn, expeller pressed canola oil and/or safflower oil, and/or sunflower oil, organic cracked wheat, organic steel cut oats, organic brown flaxseed, evaporated cane juice, minced onion, organic barley grits, organic soybean grits, organic wheat bran, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt, organic buckwheat grits, minced garlic, organic yellow corn grits, organic hulled millet. Contains wheat & soy.

I ate mine for snack with some garlic hummus! What a great snack!
