Friday Fat Loss Challenge

376529baby-sitting-at-desk-using-computer-postersIt’s been a while since I posted a good challenge and as of lately, I have been spending too much time sitting behind my desk on the computer. What happens to me then? I get irritable and tired. So what do I do? I get up and move around and thought a challenge would be perfect to get the rest of you up and moving around!

So here you go, the Big 5 Circuit!

*Prisoner Squat x 12
*Push Ups x 10
*Reverse Lunge x 10 each leg
*Tricep Dips x 10
*Mt Climber x 20

Depending on time, you can run through this circuit 1 or 4 times! Perfect way to get your blood pumping, boost your metabolism and get in a little workout! Plus you just got a total body workout in less than 15 minutes!

Ready, set…GO!! Then come back and tell me you did it!
