Do You Plan Your Meals and Count Calories?
Nutrition and Fitness play hand in hand when it comes to weight loss. Do you know how many calories you should be eating? A good uncomplicated way to figure out your approximate calories is to take your bodyweight and multiply it by 11. Just make sure you don’t go any lower than 1400 calories or it will only hurt you, not help you.
Planning your meals is also a good way to make sure you don’t “cheat”. When I first started planning my meals and watching my calories, my body started to make some drastic changes. Now, I plan my meals a couple times a week, just to make sure I am on track!
