Current Workouts and Nutrition
After a lot of researching and question asking, and also making new goals, I have finally figured out what I will be doing for the next four weeks. My goals or should I say my focus this next 4 weeks is to build up my upper body ( focus more on biceps and triceps) and burn fat on my lower body, while maintaining muscle.
“How will you accomplish that?”, you might ask yourself….well, I asked Jen Heath, a professional bodybuilder, and certified training and nutrition expert. She has created “Fat Loss Pros Ultimate Fat Loss Collection-The Worlds Greatest Fat Loss Experts Reveal Their Secrets“
Her suggestions were to eat calories at 1600 on high training days and eat more carbs on these days and on lighter training days, eat about 1300-1400 cals with only fibrous veggies as my source of carbs. For training, I will do one HEAVY day of lower body training and 2 more strength training days, focusing more on my bi’s and tri’s and then intervals following. On lighter days, I will do 20-30 minutes of interval training on treadclimber or treadmill.
So this is my new plan! I am going to try it for the next 4 weeks and see how things go!
