Don&#039;t you guys just cringe when you see so many people doing crunches?

I haven&#039;t done a single crunch in over 4 years and have a better six pack than ever. I only say this because I know people think that they won&#039;t be able to have a six pack unless they do crunches.

I have been using the exact exercises listed above in this post. I couldn&#039;t agree more! I talk about them non-stop on my blog as well.
