Create Sexy Abs With Kettlebell Swing

Ever since I got my 15 KB, which is way too light for me now, I have been experimenting with the different types of KB exercises. My favorite is the kettlebell swing! I compared my video to Lauren Brooks video of the KB swing and for the most part, I think I got it quite well!

Kettlebell swings work the abs and strengthen the core muscles as they provide a stable platform for other muscles to pull from. Not only do they work your total body, but are also a great form of cardio. Doing KB swings really gets my heart rate up. Some days, if I don’t feel like doing intervals, I will do 3 sets of 25-30 KB swings and be done.

Give the KB swing a try for yourself and see what you think! Now for the video…. (oh yea and don’t mind the hand exchange..haven’t quite mastered that yet. I am so afraid Im gonna let it go flying right into the mirrors on the wall! )
