Circuit Training Rocks!
So to update what I have been doing…
Saturdays workout was pretty brutal. I took 10 of what I thought were some of the most difficult exercises that we do and put them together into a workout!
So we did 60/15′s with 2 rounds of the following.
1. X Band Hip Walks
2. Side to Side Ski Jump
3. Back Pillar
4. Jumping Jacks to Toes
5. Slam Ball (my favorite!!)
6. Wall Sit
7. Tricep dip Leg Lift
8. Pullover Crunch
9. Reverse Lunge Knee Up
10. Alternating Superman
I’m almost positive they LOVED it!

Hey Kim,
60/15′s mean we did 60 seconds of the exercise with a 15 second break in between. Hope that helps!
Love the variety in this workout. It’s funny how everyone thinks the wall sit is so easy…until they try it. My husband laughed and then he did it. He’s not laughing, anymore.

Wow! I just did a circuit with my trainer today. It is defiantly butt kicking!
You should add in some Pullups to the workout

An hour of circuit training burns around 751 calories on a reasonably height/weight proportionate person. That’s killer when trying to become more lean and lose pounds. I agree, and great post.

I haven’t worked out in 6 years and I just started working out again. For the last 6 weeks i’ve been doing circuit training and love the overall pump my body gets. My body has gone through an amazing transformation and i’ve finally lost my belly. Those are all great exercises to try.

Remember doing similar workout that I found on Rusty Moore’s fitnessblackbook.com. It seemed so easy but in reality proved extremely difficult. And they are shockingly effective. These bodyweight circuits appear to be the core of the Turbulence Training for a reason.
