Changes Good or Bad?

If you are a regular reader of my blog, you will have noticed that it has gone through many changes over the past couple months. Different looks, different headers and now a different name.

It’s kind of like life…growing up, we get influenced by certain things and we change the look of our hair, our clothes our choices….and thats sort of what I did here.

I started my first blog back in January of 2007. That was when I first started working on the Women’s Diet and Fitness website.Yes, I did the entire website myself, learning html and all that crazy stuff on my own.  I haven’t actually added anything new really to that since in over a year. But it does have a lot of great “get started” information.

Then I moved the blog to over to here in February of 2007.  Still new and not quite sure how the blogging thing worked. Then in May of 2007, we moved to this blog, but it had a different name, because it was part of Women’s Diet and Fitness. This was all before I even got my Certification as a Trainer!

Then the training came along and I really started to get more into this blogging and wanting to reach so many people all over the world and help them too. I started boot camps and came out with my Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program,  another way of me trying to reach people all over the world and help them achieve their weight loss goals.

That was when I decided I wanted to change the name of the blog, hence the Fat Burning Tips 4 Women. I like the look and I like the name much better and hopefully you do to, and I just wanted to explain why all the changes have taken place and hope that you continue to visit and make sure to send your friends to check us out!

  2. I can understand your ‘bouncing around’ a little bit online- I am going through the same process right now (changing urls, site titles, blog locations, etc). I’ve been searching for other helpful health and fitness blogs, but haven’t been able to find many….this one being an exception! Congrats on the nice work and your efforts to help as many people as possible!
