Bust the Fat Workout

So I busted through this workout this morning and my HR was way up! Next time I will have to remember to wear my Impact Sports ePulse Heart Rate Monitor .

It’s called the Pyramid and I did it for Jon LeTocq’s FLAB challenge that I am doing. I even brought my intensity down a bit to make sure not to overdo it on my back.

So my pyramid went like this: You rest after each grouping for 30 seconds and do each exercise for 30 seconds.

Squat Thrusters x 30 seconds (rest 30 sec)

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump,

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump, Push Ups

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump, Push Ups, Step Ups

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump, Push Ups, Step Ups, High Knees

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump, Push Ups, Step Ups

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump, Push Ups

Squat Thrusters, Squat Jump

Squat Thrusters

COMPLETE!

Was tough at the end, but liked leaving off an exercise on the way down. Might have to try this with my boot campers! I am sure they will love it!

Put one of your own pyramids together and let me know what you do!
