Burn Some Fat Outside With The Family
This morning I was able to have my daily eggs for breakfast, which started my morning off right. I would normally get my workout in right away, but we had to get ready to go get family pictures done first. After family pictures, I had a shake (yes, I brought my own protein shake packets).
They myself and my sister in laws each grabbed a dumbbell and headed out to the backyard to get in a great workout!
We did a circuit of walking lunges, pullovers, squat curl and press and crab tricep dips, 3x through. Followed by side shuffle, mountain climbers and jumps, for 4 sets. We finished with ab, doing DB twist, reverse crunches and bicycle. Awesome workout! I was sweating and it was fun too!
We then went to a cute little cafe and sat outside and had a turkey breast sandwich with sweet potato fries. I only had half of the sandwich with bread and just ate the rest of the sandwich without the bread. I didn’t eat all of my sweet potato fries either. Way too many carbs for me. We also grabbed a small dark chocolate treat on our way out !
Our plan is to have BBQs for supper tonight and I will leave out the bun and just add it to some lettuce!
