I tell all my clients that they don&#039;t need anything to improve their fitness levels and to get in a great fat burning workout just using intervals and body weight exercises. I wish I had know about this method when I was first starting out on my own fitness journey three years ago when I felt stuck without any expensive cardio equipment. I felt that I needed to spend big money to get results. But now I can share with lucky clients that they really don&#039;t need to buy anything. And no excuses!</description>
