I did a video of all the different things I could come up with that would get your heart rate elevated, allowing for a very effective fat burning cardio workout! Thanks for this video post, Angie! It’s really helpful because I’ve been having problems with my treadmill. I wrote down all of the exercises you did and will post them in my workout room in case my treadmill loses power again and I can’t do my normal intervals. This will be a great substitute!
Awesome Sharyl! These are all really great exercises that will help you burn that fat! I would even suggest using them at least 1-2x a week to change things up a bit!Keep you from hitting that plateau!
This is a fabulous idea! I tell all my clients that they don’t need anything to improve their fitness levels and to get in a great fat burning workout just using intervals and body weight exercises. I wish I had know about this method when I was first starting out on my own fitness journey three years ago when I felt stuck without any expensive cardio equipment. I felt that I needed to spend big money to get results. But now I can share with lucky clients that they really don’t need to buy anything. And no excuses!
