Burn Fat With this Circuit
If you have been following my blog for some time, you will know how fond I am of circuits. Not only are they quick and effective, but most of the time, they can be done with little or no equipment, meaning there is NO excuse for not exercising! Here is another great circuit I put together ….so get started with it and burn some fat!
Squats x 20
Pushups x 12
Mountain Climber x 10 each leg
Alternating Forward lunges x 10 each leg
Medicine Ball Rotation x 20
Repeat 3-5 sets, resting for one minute in between!

just finished/turned in a mag article on circuit training.
it was assigned and then I received the assignment I really didnt think Id find the topic all that riveting/interesting.
when I decided to actually DO IT and make myself the guinea pig lo & behold I really HEARTED the circuit.
(I did it all outdoors since Im blessed with a warm climate—used a pogo stick and a hula hoop for some added laughter, errrr, funcardio)

Yea, I love circuits as a way to break up the monotonous intervals…I hate cardio!
